TAKING YOUR SKILLS TO THE NEXT LEVEL

In the workshop you will focus on identifying and understanding how your strengths and weaknesses help or hinder a program/project to build a personal action plan designed to help you be a more effective sponsor and change leader. You will expand your knowledge, skills, and confidence as you learn about change management, how to navigate project politics, deal with issues and align teams to deliver on objectives.

Leveraging past and current projects as case studies, participants will participate in several role playing scenarios in groups to replay situations and apply best practices to enhance communication, effectively negotiate and reach consensus on critical decisions.

At the same time, you will be able to identify and address personal blind spots in a supportive environment, and create a more balanced approach that enables you to work more effectively with a diverse range of colleagues. This personal action plan will help you to implement what you have learned in the workshop and to continue developing your ability to sponsor and lead change initiatives.

In this 1/2 day facilitated workshop along with your peers, we will work together to diagnosis the root cause of a specific problem or situation in your organization and effectively make decisions to course correct and implement change.

SESSION OBJECTIVES

As a participant you will:

  • Provide insight into the current state
  • Be led through questions which diagnosis the problem
  • Identify risks and bottlenecks
  • Help prioritize key focus areas and make decisions to address the problem
  • Align on an Action Plan and timeline to implement results

TAKING YOUR SKILLS TO THE NEXT LEVEL

This workshop you help you and your teams to expand your knowledge through the sharing of information in a safe environment, learn the skills to diagnosis blind spots early on, engage in meaningful to work more effectively with your colleagues and begin to implement a culture of accountability through structure to deliver results.

The agreed on Action Plan resulting from this workshop will help implement accountability by holding team members accountable for specific activities to address the problem. You will walk away from the session feeling energized and aligned on a path forward.
